Completing a brief does not place an order, reserve production capacity, or create a delivery promise. Proposed prices are not live offers. No payment is collected by the planning forms.
Content and permission
Only use photographs and memories you have permission to share. An adult should manage any project involving a child. Avoid sensitive information that is unnecessary to the story.
Production and review
Before a paid order opens, the studio must provide the agreed deliverables, revision scope, production timing, printing and shipping costs, cancellation terms, and damaged-item or print-error remedies in writing. Review and approve character proofs and book layouts before final production.
Samples and concepts
Sample books and product covers illustrate the creative direction. They are not evidence of approved likeness, final print quality, completed customer orders, or product availability.
